Description:
The clear resin copy replacement part for the
Monogram kit of the 1/677 Scale Intrepid Class, U.S.S. Voyager. The
opaque resin plastic Main Deflector Dish supports the
clear dish. These are a replacement parts that allows
the model builder to build their ship with lighting in
mind.
These are virtually the same kit parts used in the later
issued Special Edition “Pro Modeler” Voyager but it is
cast in a clear blue polyurethane resins and gray opaque
resins.
Also included in this upgrade kit is the smaller Clear
Auxiliary Deflector located to the top front of the of
the main hull cast in clear blue resin.
Contains:
Clear Blue
Main Deflector Dish (1), Resin Deflector Dish Frame (1),
Resin Main Deflector (1), and Clear
Blue
Auxiliary
Deflector (1).
NOTE:
The kit replaces kit parts:
#4(Main Deflector) Opened up resin part with clear resin
inserts.
#10, #9 (Warp Engines) Opened up resin parts with clear
resin inserts.
#17 (Bussard Scopes). Solid clear resin insert that fits
into kit parts.
#7 and #8 which must be cut open to fit. Then mask and
opaque the non lit exterior surfaces.
